Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates and Estimates We offer free shipping on all orders to the United States.

Delivery Estimates Once your order has shipped, you can expect delivery within 4–7 business days. Please note that these are estimates and can vary based on your location and carrier performance. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control.

International Shipping We currently focus our shipping services exclusively on the United States.

How do I check the status of my order? When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
